I had a lot of fun setting this shot up, and this "Grey" Widow figure will definitely be one of my favorites for 2020. The sculpt and paint are nothing less than fantastic, and the articulation is almost perfect (*cough* double jointed elbows *cough*).
I was going for an action shot, and wanted the photo to convey everything that was happening. I used an ACBA stand and placed it behind Widow's left leg with the top of the stand placed in the gap between her hip and leg. I added an Tamashii Nations explosion effect on either side of her, and lit both of them with a Lume Cube set to 60% brightness. I recently picked up some Tamashii Nations rocks, and these were perfect for setting up the base for some battle rubble. I used some sticky tack to attach the smaller rock pieces to the explosions to give a little more detail and make the explosions look more natural. Finally, I wanted to add a little bit of a glow to the blast coming from her right wrist, so I used the flashlight on my phone and put this directly above the blast to illuminate it.
